We have a multidisciplinary team of partners, former athletes, professionals in law, managers, international finance agents, communication agents, marketing and design and an extensive network of experienced collaborators in different cities around the world, in complementary areas that work under our direction and coordination when the project requires it.
We believe in the power of conversations. We accompany our clients to train what needs to be trained – body, energy, mind, emotions – to connect with their full potential.
What do we do?

We look after the athlete or sportsperson as an individual. Our job as experts in Administration, Finance, Law, Coaching and Sports Marketing is to create and consolidate BRANDS. In this process, we accompany our client so that they can revalue themselves in the market in which they interact and build the professional career they dream of.
How do we work?
By means of personalized accompaniment, we take care of everything necessary in the management of the professional career. From contract negotiation, foundations formation and management, design and image management, as well as financial planning for athletes and former athletes.

I lived in Lomas de Zamora, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Rio de Janeiro and Bahía Blanca.
During the beautiful years in Barcelona, I graduated with a degree in Business Studies, I did a Master in Communication and another Master in International Marketing.
At the age of 40, I had the desire to reinvent myself and keep learning.
I studied a Diploma in Neurosciences applied to Sport at the University of Gran Rosario, Argentina and I graduated as a LIFE COACH, Advanced GREAT™ Coach Trainer, and Master Life Coach at the ILC Academy in Miami, USA. Mental Sports Coach for High Performance in Colombia, and other courses. I’m always learning and accompanying others in their processes.
Julio César Molina
Legal representative, Lawyer.
Master in Business Law at the Austral University of Buenos Aires. I have taken numerous specialization courses in Sports Law, postgraduate courses in Sports Law, Procedural Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law, Tax Law, Capital Markets, and Stock Market Investments.
A long time ago, I was called the Emperor, I don’t know if it was because of my name or because I was an authority in the area. I played as a “9” in the First Division of Club Olimpo de Bahía Blanca and in Club Sportivo Dock Sud, we were champions, ascending to the “Primera B” category in 1992.
