Training sessions from MONDAY to FRIDAY in the GYM and on the PLAYING FIELD.
The physical activity that we carry out both in the Gym and in the Playing Field is called PERFORMANCE. It is not conventional training. We focus on optimizing our body’s resources to the maximum. We are based on the biomechanics of movement, emphasizing corporeality and motor skills. We focus on movement patterns and the particular needs of each player, according to their age, build, biotype and personal goals. We improve movement skills (Acceleration, Maximum Speed, Multidirectional Movement and Deceleration), precision and decision making on the playing field. Integrating tools to optimize energy and prevent injuries. Fundamental in High Performance Football and the demands it requires.
We carry out anthropometric measurements every two or three months, including one at the beginning of the Training Programme. In addition, periodic medical BIOTESTS, designed to get to know the young player better and to evaluate his physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic evolution.
THREE monthly trainings are taught in English. One at the FIELD, one at the GYM and one ONLINE.
In order to foster personal links and relationships, we generate two monthly “FRATERNITY” activities. They are framed in a Functional or Conscious Cooking Workshop format and provide food and knowledge that provide powerful tools to TRIUMPH.
These are part of elite behaviours. Training in the development of self-awareness. Mentoring and Coaching around wellbeing, confidence and resilience, adapting to each of your personal needs.
